We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
Please read our policy carefully...
We cannot offer returns on our So Kawaii Designs print on demand shoes, t-shirts, hoodies, or bags given the nature of these products. If there are any defects or damage apparent in a product, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you.
For our canvas sneaker shoe designs, we offer a one-time free exchange if the size you order doesn't fit properly. Please contact us here on our site, or at email@example.com, and we'll arrange for a new pair to be sent to you!
For all other items, if you've changed your mind, we allow returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery, if you decide to return after this 15 day period, we unfortunately can’t accommodate you.
If you find any defect or damage in your product, or if you receive the incorrect item, please let us know as soon as humanly possible at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Please don't wait to let us know. If we aren't made aware until after the 15 day period after delivery, we will not be able to help, and won't be able to send a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns of intimate products or gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com and we'll give you instructions for return.
No refunds will be granted if:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
